HASTELLOY EXOTIC ALLOY BOLTS
Hastelloy exotic alloy bolts are made with special raw material, since their main function is to hold materials in abrasive environments. Screws very resistant to corrosion, tension, oxidation and easy to weld. Among the acids they support are: sulfuric, nitric, hydrochloric, hydrochloric and chromic acid. They withstand very high temperatures.
High breaking force. Oxidation Resistance Resistance to slit corrosion and pitting in seawater. Immune to corrosion stress cracking caused by chloride ion. It is not magnetic.
Good mechanical properties – Tension, rupture due to material fatigue and rupture slip. High and very good properties of resistance to yield, slip and break resistance. High resistance to corrosion stress cracking caused by chlorides and sulfides. Resistant to aqueous corrosion and corrosion stress cracking caused by chlorine ion. High temperature resistant Excellent characteristics to be welded, resistant to cracking after being welded.
The Monel 400 nickel-copper alloy is a solid binary solution alloy that combines wide strength and hardness over a wide temperature range with excellent resistance to various corrosive properties. The Monel 400 alloy has excellent mechanical properties at freezing temperatures.
The Monel 400 is a very versatile material suitable for various environments that include marine equipment, chemical processing equipment, crude oil drawers, boiler feed water heaters, among others. We can offer Monel 400 nuts and bolts in all conditions 1/2 “to 21/4” and equivalent metrics, Please contact our sales department to request a quote. Monel K-500 is a nickel alloy that combines the excellent corrosion resistance of the Monel 400 alloy coupled with the advantages of greater strength and hardness. The combination of low magnetic permeability and extensive creep and corrosion resistance represents an advantage for this alloy in a large number of applications.
The Monel K-500 is used in sites that require high resistance to corrosion and stress. It is commonly used in marine applications, medical equipment, pulp and paper production and electronic components. We can offer Monel K-500 nuts and bolts in all conditions from 1/2 “to 21/4” and equivalent metrics, please contact Our sales department for more information and budgets. Nitronic 60 stainless steel provides a cheaper option to combat wear and corrosion, compared to alloys that have cobalt and nickel-rich alloys. Its uniform corrosion resistance is better than that of type 304 in almost all situations and its resistance to chloride corrosion is superior to that of type 316.
The nitronic 60 is commonly used automotive valves, pin screws, bolts, prostheses, marine shafts, and as bolt and suspension joints for bridges.
We have Nitronic 60 nuts and bolts in all conditions from 1/2 “to 2 1/4” and equivalent metrics. Please, to request budgets contact our sales department. 34 55 35 35 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Nitronic 50 is an austenitic stainless steel with nitrogen that has a corrosion resistance greater than that of 316, 316L, 317 and 317L and approximately twice the creep resistance at room temperature. The Nitronic 50 is much stronger than the standard 300 series stainless steel.
Nitronic 50 is commonly used in marine applications, chemical production, pulp and paper industries, nuclear waste shredders and oil and gas production.
We can offer Nitronic 50 nuts and bolts in all conditions from 1/2 “to 2 1/4” and equivalent metrics. To request a quote please contact our sales department. 34 55 35 35 or email@example.com.
